The iPhone 15 Plus brought the marquee features of the 2023 line to the big 6.7-inch non-Pro body. The Dynamic Island replaces the old notch, the rear camera steps up to a 48 MP main sensor with 2x in-sensor zoom alongside a 12 MP ultrawide, and the charging port finally switches to USB-C. Among the four iPhone 15 models it carries the largest battery, rated for up to 26 hours of video playback.
It is powered by the A16 Bionic and wears the redesigned chassis with contoured, softened edges, an aluminium frame, color-infused frosted glass back and a Ceramic Shield front. The 6.7-inch Super Retina XDR OLED reaches 2000 nits peak brightness, and the phone keeps IP68 water resistance plus MagSafe wireless charging.
Two honest caveats separate it from the Pro models: the display stays at a 60 Hz refresh rate with no ProMotion, and despite the new USB-C port the data link runs at slower USB 2.0 speeds. From about $899.
